Was I born to be an engineer? Or did my parents make choices when I was a boy that steered me into it?
I have a depressive feedback loop which can be triggered by any phase in it, with exhaustion being one of the phases. And here we are, 115 years after the close of WWI, still stupidly changing the clocks every March.
It’s easier to get rid of physical burdens than emotional burdens, but it’s more important to get rid of the emotional ones. But how?
Cleaning away the excess stuff is freeing. Even more freeing is cleaning away the excess emotional baggage.
