When I was trying to learn control over my depression, I only had half the story. Now, I’m learning to control my ADHD as a part of controlling my depression.
Being a depressive sucks. Having ADHD sucks. Having both is a recipe for misery.
Although I find the depression is never far away, sometimes I find that recovery is closer than I expect.
