What’s better?
My heartbeat. The last few days I’ve been jabbering on about my occasional bouts with heart palpitations. Along the way I have dived into physical causes and root causes. I’ve talked about treatments for the symptoms and ways to address the underlying causes.
I hope through this mess you’ve learned something, because I certainly have. I always find it interesting how taking the effort to explain something, to tell a story, is as much a learning experience for the raconteur as for the audience.
Anyway, after a fairly vigorous day yesterday, I collapsed into bed completely exhausted and this morning woke up to…a perfectly regular heartbeat.
Glad that’s over with, at least until the next time.
