Thursday started out a little chilly (-16, if you’re interested) and warmed up all the way to -6.
At lunch I wanted to get out of the house, and I decided to take a little stroll, that turned into a 4 km walk, in the wind and the snow. It was a little slower average pace than a normal walk, I mean among the wind, road conditions and being in hiking boots rather than running shoes I couldn’t keep a high pace.
But it was plenty of work, and I got nice and warm and sweaty, in spite of the cold.
This is what I ended up looking like.
And after I got back, I felt well exercised, de-stressed, and all around pretty awesome.
