So yesterday I wrote about screwing up my hand, and going to work out anyway. Thing is, it turns out I was wrong and I didn’t screw up my hand. Nope, I screwed up both of them.
I knew my left hand was buggered up by the end of Sunday hockey, but my right seemed okay. Then this morning I woke up with a nasty, painful bruise at the base of my right ring finger. And today is Inferno Pilates day.
So, naturally, with two sore hands, I’ll skip class and play video games with the boys…
Ha. Just kidding.
Like Monday, Imma go work out, and any exercise I can’t perform because of my hands? I’ll pick a modification that’ll let me gain the benefits nonetheless for it.
