Once you’ve decided you want the change, and are willing to pay the price, the hard part begins.
Any time you seek to make a change, you’d best be sure you want the change. Change comes at a price.
We think that in order to make a change, we need desire, and willpower. These things might help, but we must answer a more fundamental question first.
Voluntary change, big or small, must spring from a place of willingness. Simply, before all else, you must be willing to change.
