One of the things I wrote about yesterday was just how long my long weekend was, but I only really mentioned Sunday. And to be fair, Sunday was a bit of a bear.
- 15000 total steps
- 5 km total walked
- 4000 calories burned
And while the rest of the weekend was not as bad, it was still busy. Fortunately, I’ve been applying my own rules for a good night’s sleep, taking my own advice to work on my stress, and taking my own advice to keep on exercising hard.
After all, Father Time waits for no man, he’s always on the hunt.
So, now it’s Wednesday, I’ve had a couple really good night’s sleep and the old carcase is ready to HIIT it again in tonight’s Inferno Hot Pilates class.
