I changed my morning routine, adding daily neurological imprinting to help control my depression, and get stuff done.
Being a depressive sucks. Having ADHD sucks. Having both is a recipe for misery.
Although I find the depression is never far away, sometimes I find that recovery is closer than I expect.
It seems every day I’m reminded that, no matter how good I feel, the depression is never far away.
