It’s Only Been Two Weeks, but, Is My Daily Affirmation Driving Change? Am I Actually Getting Better?
I began daily writing an affirmation in the hope it might help with my depression. It’s turned out more powerful than I could have hoped.
Sometimes writing is about therapy. Gaining insight. And sometimes it’s about getting the damned monkey off my back.
I changed my morning routine, adding daily neurological imprinting to help control my depression, and get stuff done.
When I was trying to learn control over my depression, I only had half the story. Now, I’m learning to control my ADHD as a part of controlling my depression.
