I seem to learning that my back pain recovery follows a predictable schedule. Happily, I’m almost fully recovered.
I got good at my hot yoga practice, but before I did, I had to show up often enough, give it a proper tryout, before I could decide if it was the right thing for me.
I’ve been exercising daily to get my sorry old carcass back into shape. Unfortunately, I ran into a little snag, and provide here a cautionary tale.
